Description

It is recommended to use

Apply product to clothing.

1. Unpack and expose the pad to air. No kneading or shaking required.

2. Peel off the paper from the adhesive backing and stick the pad to the garment. Pad will heat up within 20 minutes of opening. Do not stick pads directly to skin! If the mat becomes too hot, remove the mat immediately.

3. Once the mat is cool or finished using, please dispose of it properly.

▪ Do not wear while sleeping.

▪ Check skin frequently during use.

▪ If you notice irritation or burns, remove product immediately.
