Description

Neck and shoulder pain direct skin contact can be applied directly to the skin for those who prefer direct skin applied heat therapy. Flexible Contour Heat Patches provide 8 hours of soothing heat and provide targeted temporary warming relief to areas of neck/shoulder pain and stiffness, and can also be used on the wrist area. Simply open the package, unfold the heating patch, and apply directly to the skin of the painful area, the heat will increase circulation, reduce stiffness and relax sore muscles. The patches are fragrance-free, non-medicated, and come in a low-profile, thin design that's perfect for use anywhere.

It is recommended to use

▪ Tear open pouch when ready to use.

▪ Peel off the paper to expose the sticky side. Apply close to the skin on the painful area. Stick it firmly.

▪ When applying to the wrist, do not overlap hot cells.

▪ It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature.

▪ Wear for up to 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.

▪ Lay wrap flat on skin. Do not fold or bundle as this increases the risk of burns.

▪ Just open the sachet; start warming itself.

If 55 and over:

▪ When applying to the lower back/buttocks, wear the heat patch over a layer of clothing, not directly on the skin.

▪ When applying to knees or elbows, wear heat patches on a towel or cloth (such as a washcloth), not directly on the skin.

▪ Wear for up to 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.

Instructions: 

1. Make sure the skin in the application area is clean, dry and free from make-up, and has recently used skin moisturizers, lotions and other topical pain relievers.

2. Lay the wrap flat on your skin, making sure the deeper heat cells are facing the skin.

3. Be careful when handling the package to prevent over tightening.

Warning

▪ Age 55 or older: Your risk of burns increases as you age.

▪ Do not wear while sleeping.

▪ Check skin frequently during use.

▪ If you notice irritation or burns, remove product immediately.

▪ If your doctor does not recommend this product for you or your condition

▪ If the heating pad is damaged or torn

▪ Use with medicated patches, lotions, creams, or ointments

▪ On broken or sensitive skin (such as the abdomen)

▪ Bruising or swelling within 48 hours

▪ If you cannot apply and remove thermal stickers yourself

▪ Infants, children under 12 and some elderly people

▪ Not feeling heat in body parts

▪ If you are bedridden or prone to skin sores

▪ Use of other forms of heat, including electric heat
