Instructions for use
Open the sachet by hand (do not cut) and take out the menstrual pain patch M02. Tear off the note. Clothing that fits snugly over the painful area. Menstrual Pain M02 heats up gradually and reaches maximum heat in about 30 minutes. Menstrual Pain M02 is air activated - do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it.
Warning
Heat packs can cause burns if used incorrectly, even at low temperatures. Follow directions and monitor often. To prevent burn hazard: Never apply heat pack directly to skin. Allow air to circulate over the heat pack without applying pressure, such as lying on the heat pack or fastening a belt around the heat pack. If the heat pack becomes uncomfortably hot, remove it immediately.
Precautions
For external use only. Each heat pack is single use. Do not use Menstrual Pain M02 on areas with redness, inflammation, broken/bruised or irritated skin. Do not use Menstrual Pain M02 while sleeping. Do not use Menstrual Pain M02 with other creams, scrubs or lotions applied to the skin, or with or near other heat sources.
